Our goal is to make ordering easy. Orders can be placed in person, over the phone, or by email. This is when we can fine tune details and give you the best pricing that is tailored to your specific needs.

Art Submission
We can generally work with whatever you are able to provide whether that's an idea or a digital file. Please keep in mind that not all art files are created equal and may require additional fees outside of the standard set-ups.
Our preferred formats are .cdr, .eps, .ai, and .pdf (vector-based.) We can also work with high resolution (300 dpi) .png and .jpg.
Finalizing Proofs
Once your art is prepared, we will email you a digital layout showcasing your art on the products selected to confirm size, placement, colors, and accuracy of the design. After you approve the proof, your order will proceed to production.
Order Processing Time
Our standard turnaround time for orders is two weeks from the moment your order is placed and the deposit is received. We do not charge additional fees for rush orders unless the shipping from our apparel suppliers needs to expedited. If you require your order sooner, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
