 Our in-house art department works primarily in CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

• Please provide digital files whenever possible and include a print out or .jpg image of your file for reference
• Preferred file formats are .cdr, .eps, ai, .pdf (vector based)
• All fonts should be converted to paths (outlines) Non-converted fonts may be replaced with a similar font, unless the font file is provided
• If you are not able to provide any of the preferred file formats, we can usually make a high resolution .jpg work.

Once your art is prepared, we will email you a digital layout showing your art on the products chosen. Once approved, your order goes into production.

Our standard turnaround time is two weeks from when the order is placed and the deposit is received. If you need your order sooner please let us know and we will do everything we can for you.
