We will take customer supplied garments on a case by case basis. First, you will need to bring the items in for us to inspect. If we accept your items, you will need to sign a waiver acknowledging that you are aware of the risks involved and if anything happens in the production process that damages your item, there is nothing we can do to replace it.

 Minimums vary depending on the service:

• Screen printing requires of minimum of 12 items
• Embroidery and leather patches require a minimum of 6 items

You can use multiple colors, but pricing may increase with each additional color.

 Our preferred formats are .cdr, .eps, .ai, and .pdf (vector-based.) We can also work with high resolution (300 dpi) .png and .jpg.

All new art is subject to a set up fee then saved on file for your future orders. We do not charge any art fees on reorders, you only pay for the garment and decoration.

Absolutely! Once your order is confirmed with a deposit, we'll get started on your art and will provide a proof for you to approve prior to producing your order.

Most orders take 2 weeks or less from when a deposit is received- this includes time for us to send your proof, receive your blank apparel, and produce your order.

We accept rush orders! If you need your order by a specific date just let us know.

Pricing is custom and depends a few factors like total quantity, number of colors and locations, and product type.

Yes, we offer bulk discounts on screen printing, embroidery, and our leather patches.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Payments can be made online, over the phone, and in person.

Please note that a 3% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions.

Yes, we ship nationwide. Shipping fees vary based on location and order size.

Local customers are welcome to pick up to avoid additional cost.
